Car Diagnostics:

Incorporating fault code scanning, inCarDoc Pro reads Check Engine (MIL) status, associated details, freeze frame data, provides descriptions, and enables the clearance of stored diagnostic trouble codes (DTC). It facilitates the storage and sharing of diagnostics data when seeking professional service or repair assistance. Please be aware that the app only supports parameters and ECUs specified within the OBD-II standard, focusing on Engine and Emission systems.

Real-time Parameters:

This function retrieves real-time engine and vehicle OBD2 parameters (PIDs) from your car's sensors, including speed, RPM, coolant temperature, pressure, O2 oxygen sensors, and various other PIDs. Users can visualize this data through chart drawings and analog/digital widgets. The scanned OBD2 parameters are contingent on the make/model/year of your vehicle.

Economizer:

The Trip Computer mode tracks your car's fuel economy/consumption metrics, offering insights into instant and average MPG while driving and various statistics per trip or day. This feature requires support for appropriate OBD2 economy parameters in your vehicle.

Other Features:

• Logbook notes for fueling, service records, maintenance, and diagnostics
• GPS parameters like speed and altitude
• Data registration and upload to the web platform
• Console mode suitable for advanced users for direct OBD2 and ELM327 commands sending

• Device & App history: Used for self-identifying the application when running in the background.
• Location: Allows access to additional GPS parameters such as speed, altitude, and position for fueling or service searches.
• Photos/Media/Files: Used to store and read "Logbook" and Debug data as per user actions.
• Other: Permissions related to Bluetooth communication with external OBD2 scanners, internet connectivity for publishing "Logbook" records to the server as per user actions, drawing over other apps to present economic data on alternative application screens.
